Located in Marigo. This Vietnamese restaurant was an incredible experience. Mai the owner greeted us at the door to her home where we were lead to a beautiful garden setting. Although we had a waitress Mai made a point of coming over to our table to describe in detail all of the dishes we were interested in. She was so hospitable. We were with another couple so we split appetizers and main dishes. All were cooked to perfection with such great tastes. The spring rolls, glazed duck, and crispy jumbo shrimp were our favorites. For dessert try the coconut ice cream with the dark chocolate cake. We have been to St. Maarten 5 times and have had many great meals but this experience was truly unique. Don't forget to bring cash because no credit cards are taken. Enjoy!!
