Marco Polo is a local traditional French restaurant in the heart of Concordia (the administration center of the French Part - off a street in Marigot at the Texaco Gas Station).
This restaurant is a family business serving excellent french dishes (Bistro style). Everything is fresh, everything is prepared at home with a daily changing menu.
This is a great taste of France. Every sauce is different and made for the guest individually. Great local fishes and some hard to find traditionnaly recipes (like Bistrot Nu) at very, very reasonable prices.
This is located in Concorida where the other restaurants are as well. Close to the hospital and administrative center. It is a small storefront - don't get deterred from the simplicty of looks! - sitting down and getting the taste will convince you that the first impression is not right.
They are closed Sat/Sun, but otherwise open for Lunch & Dinner. No credit cards, but you can pay Dollar or Euro.
