It was pure decadence all the way. We started with spiced swordfish wrapped in nori and my wife had the ahi tuna appetizer. Beautiful presentation and delicious. I enjoyed the Middle Caicos lobster tail that was grilled and oven roasted with sweet bell pepper butter and a wasabi mash black bean puree. My wife really enjoyed the rack of lamb with vine ripened tomatoes, eggplant, English mint dipping sauce and buckwheat noodles. It was superb. And for our "Sweet Happy Endings" as Simba calls it, we overindulged in the warm golden granny smith apple tarte with vanilla pod homemade ice cream, rum caramel sauce and the Caribbean fruit chocolate fondue. Need we say more! We look forward to going back and trying more of the Chef's creations!
