Unfortunately, the service at the Mango Reef did not add up to the food. It took over 1 and 1/2 hours on two separate occasions to get our food. On one occasion, we were the first ones and only ones at the restaurant. The food was average. We also spent New Years Eve at the Mango Reef (because we bought the tickets before we knew about their service). After spending LOTS of money on tickets paid for ahead of time, they added on a gratuity and government tax which added $151.00 to our bill. Please be aware of the service here. On a more positive note, we were told that management was changing. Hopefully, new management can work on this nice restaurant with its many service problems.
