Run by experieinced proprietor-couple from small house on Plymouth Road past Rex hotel (Tobago) Dinner (twice with friends) there was a highlight of trip compared to most other T&T meals. Restaurant has about 8 tables with open-air porch. Mozart music playing or Kenny G in background. Fresh catch of Barracuda, King fish was great. Excellent gourmet desserts. Garlic mashed potatoes are a signature side dish.
