I also was taken in, should have done my research first, but I really wanted to unload my time share. Now I've written to dispute my credit card charge of $399. If anyone has any more tips, thoughts, info or ideas on where to report this scam and/or how to get $ back, etc., I'd appreciate an e-mail. I'm also going to report it to the National Fraud Info Center in D.C. as one of the posts suggested but if anyone has any more current follow up info, I'd like to hear about it. I also was contacted by "DelRose Jackson". Thanks. They asked that we get an "appraisal" on the property before they would send us an "option to buy". When the "appraiser" contacted us by telephone, she wanted our credit card number to pay for said "appraisal" She said they would not accept a check "That's the way we do business".
