British run. Not cheap, and a little out of the way, but a nice location and properly priced on a small private beach. The better grade rooms have great views of JvD. The management really take care of you -- sandwiches on arrival, bottle of Sugar Mill rum, stocked fridge. But you do pay for all this. They have a 'deal' with a car rental place - 50$/day car rental. That and their taxi service is more or less competetively priced. The restaurant is excellent -- really excellent. Gourmet cooking and local products used. Great for two gentlemen travellers. The service is superb too and they have an interesting check in procedure if you arrive late -- just occupy your room!
