This is supposedly a 4 star resort which does not even get close to a 3 star! Both the resort (pool area, bars and restaurants) as well as rooms badly need renovation to achieve a minimum European / North American standard. The worst disappointment was the food: very little choice buffet, greasy and unidentifiable dishes, as well as many totally disgusting dishes. Forget having decent desserts, here! Forget anything about eating well any type of cuisine, be it local or mock-European. Animation staff totally useless (always hiding to avoid doing any activity), no kids club (even if it says so). The only two good things about this place: the local salsa orchestra and the beach! Avoid!!!
