Went from 20/12 to 27/12/03.Check in was very slow, about 45 mins.,but staff were pleasant. Hotel is awesome.5 floors with 7 coridors radiating in a star from a central open atruim.We were on the 5th floor, oceanview, which we had booked.Rooms are standard as in all hotels, bathrooms were well decorated, marble tiles and vanity, faux finishes on walls, hairdryer, shampoo and bath gel.The hotel is situated on a promontory with fantastic views. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, literally down a few steps. beach has many thached shaded spots, and there was no need to get up early to reserve seats on the beach or at the pool. Great grilled fish and chicken at the beach grill and bar.The pool is well laid out ,never felt crowded even tho hotel was full. Pool side bar was great . Entertainment staff very friendly and definitely enjoyed their job. Even tho' there was no kids club advertised they did have one at this time and activities were well organised. Hotel has a buffet with ample food choices. Beach side grill, fresh paella served in the garden at a spot under the trees, a 24hr. coffee shop with light meals, which was very popular, pizzas great , 3 ala carte restaurants, the Trinidad has lobster, the Italian was boring.Numerous bars about 5. We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it. When we do go back we would likely stay here again.
