Stayed at Le Guanahani late March early April and just loved it to bits. We have travelled quite a bit (especially in Europe) and have stayed in some top class hotels but this is now our current favourite. The room we had initially was right on the beach which was great and it was very comfortable. But it was too dark and the strategically positioned shrubs obscured any views of the sea. A day later we were given a room which was much lighter and with stunning views of the sea. It was wonderful. We loved the restaurant beside the pool where we had a wonderful breakfast every morning, although you could have an equally sumptious breakfast served on your terrace if you preferred. The beach bar was great and the staff were brilliant at remembering our favourite cocktails. St. Barts is heaven on earth. Gorgeous beaches, excellent restaurants - (don't leave without lunching at La Plage, Boubou's and Tamarin) and bars plus great hotels with accommodating staff. A must is an evening at Le Ti St-Barth night club. Book early. St. Barts...a wonderful place for the holiday of a lifetime. Can't wait to make another visit.
