Excellent all inclusive atmosphere. 3 nice restaurants. Free water sports. 2 excellent beaches - one on the Atlantic; one on a calm bay. Rooms are OK - spacious, clean, but not overwhelmingly special. Some are in need of updates. About 70 villas also available - most are 2BR/2 baths. Villas are part of a time share/private ownership deal - some are owned by the hotel/resort. The villas for the most part are undergoing rework. They need it. They are not bad, just a little dated and in need of minor repairs, but not bad enough to affect anything. All in all, a very nice place.
