The food is excellent, but in particular the steak at Lydias [you have to pay a supplement but it is well worth it] The Caribbean sea is a great place to take an early morning swim and when it is only 2 minutes from your room, where better?? The watersports staff were superb and taught us to sail and windsurf. Be aware of sandflies and mosquitos. I got bitten over 50 times during the holiday and it was useful to have a nurse on the resort [free of charge] to see when my legs swelled up. Take plenty of insect repellent and ask reception to spray the room. All in all a very good holiday. Will probably return to another Caribbean island.....
