Having lived in the islands for 25 years I did not want the glitz of a tourist hotel and what I found was a friendly, family-type, hotel. The staff went out of its way to be sure of ones comfort. The 'manageress' was tops. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wishes a convenient, comfortable, affordable place to stay that comes equipped with a warm and welcoming staff.
