Cinnamon Reef Resort 11/15/01

Unlike many of the newer resorts on Anguilla, Cinnamon Reef offers unpretentious luxury. Detached private villas with sunken living rooms and sunken showers in the bathrooms. Complimentary use of water sports equipment, including, paddle boats, sailboats and snorkeling gear. The secluded and tranquil resort is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team Richard and Carol Hauser, who will likely greet you during dinner at the open-air Palm Court Restaurant, which overloooks Little Harbour and offers a view of nearby St. Martin in the distance. Palm Court is regarded one of the best restaurants on the island. The filet mignon for dinner and the snapper sandwich for lunch is tasty! The resort also has an Olympic-size swimming pool and tennis courts.(Review originally submitted on March 23, 2001)
