Anguilla Hotel, Resort & Villa Reviews Reviews
Cap Juluca 05/19/2005
Reviewers Rating: Good
Okay, I understand wanting to stay at a five-star resort, and the fact that Brad and Jen stayed there before the divorce is definitely an attraction. But the treatment of people that are coming to visit guests of the hotel was extremely rude. We had considered staying at the resort for a few nights towards the end of our visit to Anguilla, but after we were treated so rudely, we changed our minds. The cost of cancelling the reservation was worth it. We had lunch with our friends that were staying there and after waiting 15 minutes to be greeted and another 15 to get our drinks, and a $93 dollar tab later, we decided that Cap Jaluca is not worth the cost and, while we did not stay at Cuisinart (another five-star down the beach), at least when we had dinner/drinks there, we were not treated as rudely.
