Aruba Hotel, Resort & Villa Reviews ReviewsWyndham Aruba Beach Resort & Casino 07/19/2005 Reviewers Rating: Fair
Stayed at the Wyndham week of April 17th 2005 with 5 other women, and we were very disappointed with what they consider all-inclusive. Wyndham should check with other all-inclusive resorts to find out what an all-inclusive resort really is. We travel every April somewhere different and this year was very disappointing. This trip was about $800 more than the last 4 years so we expected at least the same or better all-inclusive, but to our surprise, it was not. Pretty sad we could not even use the fridge in our room to keep water in it without another charge. The beach was great but waiting in line at 7am for a hut was not my idea of a vacation morning. The food was not the best and not much of a variety on the menu and don't ask for more of anything like you can in all other all-inclusives because the answer was no. Don't look for a buffet either as there was none. Our brochure said two pools but it only had one. It apparently sold the other one years ago to the hotel next door. I guess they forgot to take it out of their brochure along with the buffet. Six very unhappy vacationers!!!!!!!!!!! Never again.
