Cobblers Cove Hotel 6/30/00

A wonderful private and romantic place for our 10th anniversary 2 years ago..... I'm dreaming of going back there! The Cobblers Cove Hotel is a small establishment of 40 rooms and suites, two of which are amazing roof tops suites to take your breath away! The food was incredible, service impeccable and very friendly, the weather perfect (contrary to what people kept telling us before we left!). We were there in July, which made the whole place even better for my taste because it was almost empty. I don't think the hotel had more than 10 rooms occupied. The water sports available were waterskiing, windsurfing, snorkling, sunfish sailing, but I don't see how they manage to please evryone when the hotel is at full capacity because they only had one windsurf and one sunfish! That's probably the only negative thing I have to say about that lovely place. Paradise on earth!
