Excellent
I started going to Mango Bay about 6 years ago, going every year at least once somtimes twice a year for 3 weeks. (no I am not rich, just know a good thing when I see it)
THE HOTEL;
The hotel is pleasantly decorated, not fancy or plain, just very comfortable for you to put your feet up.
THE STAFF;
Peter who operates this home away from home makes you feel so very welcomed. He has a night where he personally welcomes the guests and meets them individually. Although I haven't seen him dance, I am sure he can "get down" with the rest of the staff. The staff are remakably talented with Marcas (guest relations) singing up a storm (my favorite is "Who Let The Dogs Out" when the song first came out)The other staff although some what more intraverted can also sing and dance to make the festive mood continues. They were always pleasant and very helpful, going out of their way on several occations. Bless all the great staff, without them it would be just another vacation.
LOCATION; Hole Town, west coast. lots of shops, resturants,night clubs. One of my favorites is the rum bar just outside of the hotel, drinks are very cheap, and the carioke is excellent.
FOOD;
I havent found a dish I did not like, although if it was not what I expected they quickly made it to my liking. Who can say more, it's just that good. ROOMS;
very nicly decorated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. going to sleep listening to the waves or the music is very soothing.
OK now I am getting home sick (for Mango Bay) let's see if I can squeeze it into my budget...some how or some way I will be back there shortly. Until then my frends stay "IRIE"
