We were disappointed when we got there to find that there was NO elevator at this hotel with 5 floors and and 2 levels down to the beach. As I have a knee problem, we asked to change rooms and were accomodated with a room on the second level...then another problem--NO air conditioning! The room was very hot! Although the staff was very friendly and the grounds were well kept, we were somewhat disappointed in the rooms. The septic truck was outside our window every two days! However we went on Ted's tour and had a great day..he was very informative and joked all day long. We will look for another place with elevators and air conditioning if we go again.
