We stayed in a Reef Room for one night,it was overpriced and looked as it needed a good clean.The plumbing did not work properly,the bed was the most uncomfortable one could wish to spend a night on,then the air-conditioning clanked all night.
We returned 10 days later and said we would refuse to stay in a reef room again so we were upgraded to a Reef Studio room.
This was better but not worth the money although we did get a 25% discount.
The food was overpriced and the choice poor,the entertainment was amateurish the service apart from a couple of waiters was very slow with a couldn't care less attitude.
I would never stay at this place again nor would I reccomend it.
