Smuggler's View Villa 05/16/02
Reviewers Rating: Excellent
Stayed at this villa in April, 2002 and did not want to leave. Although the house was built 20 years ago, it has the feel of being alot older. It has all the nooks and crannys that you see in homes over 100 years old. There is a working kitchen, step down to a breakfast room, (there is a window seat in there) then step down again to a lanai (screened) that has a hammock and table and chairs, then step up to the living room (the steps in all rooms consist of maybe two but the effect is awesome. Looking out the porch/lanai is the ocean (thru the trees). Ceiling fans all over the place (no need for ac). There is a loft over the living room that has 3 or 4 beds and a bath. Down the hall from the LR is the master suite that also has a window seat and the bathroom is the coolest I have ever seen. Outside the MB are stairs leading to another bedroom and 2 patios. Oh, and there is also an outside shower and hot tub. You are about a 3 min or less walk from Smuggler's Beach which is absolutely gorgeous. The manager/chef Cindy Rose is extremely helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend this villa.
