Dell's Car Rental 10/10/2008

They do not maintain their vehicles. The one I rented broke down shortly after renting it. They gave me a hard time returning it and charged my card for the rental anyway. Their staff was rude and abusive to me and even berated my wife with comments. I highly recommend staying as far away from them as possible.
