If you want a vacation simply for relaxing and doing the beach, then this resort is for you. It is small and very quiet. There is no nightlife as everything shuts down at 10:00pm. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. The food is good, although it seems to be the same types of things just cooked a different way. Most of the staff are very friendly however there are a number that need customer service training in a bad way. The spa services are wonderful and the staff in the spa are excellent. Jessie does a fantastic job of the tropical braids. Freddie is an excellent Spanish teacher, you should be sure to try them when you arrive. Costa Rica has a lot to offer, possibly if you are into adventure and nightlife this wouldn't be the resort for you though.
