The grounds were beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. There is night entertainment which was the best I had seen in a long time. The food was wonderful. There was the main cafeterian which was buffet style but also an italian restaurant and mexican/seafoood restaurant. You had to sign up for the restaurants early in the morning but they were well worth it. The beach was very nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs even on a crowded day. All of the staff was friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. We are planning on going back to Cozumel twice a year and will always stay at the Diamond Allegro. We are even planning on getting a time share there.
