All balconies look down on the beautiful shorline. Plus, it's on Punta Cancún, which is much closer to Downtown Cancún. A $9 cab ride can get you to any of the excellent restaurants downtown (highly recommend Rosa Mexicano and El Pescador). They have a free shuttle to the other Hyatt-- the Hyatt Caribe Resort, which has a much better beach and wonderful facilities... all free to Hyatt guests. We spent a whole day there.
