Reef Club Isla 7/4/00

In Feb of 2000, my husband and I, with about 14 other people stayed at the Reef Club Isla in Cozumel. It was soooo nice. The beach was fairly secluded, and we had great snorkeling a few feet from the shore. The kids loved it. The food was buffet style, with an Italian restaurant, and Chinese sushi bar and a steak house. The rooms were very nice with tile floors and the upper rooms had thatched roofing. We plan to go there again, and I would tell anybody to go there for a beautiful setting and relaxing atmosphere. Some low-key night life was available. Very good service. The beach is built on a coral reef, so you have to manuver past some rock to get to the sand beach beyond, but this is not a big deal, and the snorkel sights are worth it once you get past the rocks. It is a great place to stay.
