This is a nice Hotel but the service is VERY BAD, they do not seem to care. Beach is great, waves great, food average, rooms good, drinks very little alcohol, pool very large but too hot, reception and departure arrangements bad. This was supposed to be a 4 or 4+ facility, but given the bad service I would give it a 2 or 3.
