The Hotel was the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at, and service was excellent. We stayed in a Jr. Ocean View Suite and the room and view were awesome. The food could have been better, some meals weren't hot.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly. If you are from the U.S., be careful when you buy at the hotel gift shop if you use dollars. They give you change in peso's. (This isn't a problem if you're going to be there a while) Also, when I bought the paper and some post cards at the gift shop I was charged twice for the paper. I would recommend this hotel.
