The overall experience was very nice. I traveled alone on this trip and felt more at home here than anywhere else I've ever stayed. The rooms were very roomy, classy, and clean. The came with a mini-bar, cd/cassette player, and a VHS player. Don't bring movies because the have a huge library of movies and books that you can rent for free. The service was very attentive to your requests and all meals were gourmet and very delicious.(This isn't just some lunchmeat buffet that I've had at so many other all-inclusive resorts.) I spent most of my time at the beach and the piano bar, (highly recommended) And I have no complaints only praise. I don't suggest going to chichen-itza however. This in short was the nicest and the most classy resort I have been able to find in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. Four ridiculously big stars are in order for this truly wonderful and outstanding resort.
