Please see Forum for Cancun for further comments, today's date.Would Recommend this resort on an all-inclusive basis.
Staff: -all- with maybe one or two exceptions- from management on down;- helpful, accommodating, friendly.
Accomodations: Rooms were excellent - changed rooms while there, so got a cross-section.
Food: - Great in all restaurants at resort, but wish they would do a change of menu's every once in a while at the a la carte restaurant (menu did not change in the two weeks I was there, so three night's reservations for this venue were more than enough).
Pools: - spectacular, only their pool activities sometimes drive you nuts with all the whistles (water volleyball). Some of us like vacations with a little less noise.
Other amenities: - Massage - good.
Steam & sauna rooms - great.
Laundry Room- (coin-op, for those of us that are particular about doing our own laundry) - in need of improvement, and equipment update, but was mostly adequate.
