The service was unbelievable; the staff just couldn't do enough. Your every want was met and both food and drink abundant. The hotel was beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated and the best we saw on the island. Having visited other Caribbean islands, however, our only disappointment was with the rocky beaches. It made getting in and out of the water very difficult. Anyway - if you go to Cozumel, stay at the Iberostar. P.S. You'll love the boat ride over from Cancun.
