Small smelly rooms complete with ants. Loud AC and a squeeky cieling fan. No screens on the windows. We could hear the next room perfectly clearly. had to request toilet paper and soap. can't dial direct from rooms, waited 5 - 7 minutes for an outside line through an operator. There were feral cats in the early continental breakfast buffet when we told the manager there was no attempt to close the window to keep the cats out. we carried our own bags to our distant room. Before our arrival we were told by phone that we would have an ocean view, upon arrival we were told that no rooms had an ocean view. Ours overlooked the laundry room. The towels and sheets are a distinct grey. The resort advertises internet connections but they know, and don't tell you, that connection to AOL is impossible. Our son took the verbal scuba lesson by the pool but was asked to come back three hours later to get his turn in the pool with the gear because they let too many people in the class. The people who worked there were consistantly nice and pleasant, but what they were allowed to disclose by the management was limited. We moved to Presidente Inter-Continental and had a wonderful experience.
