Certainly not the 5 stars advertised. If you are looking for inattentive, un-accomodating, and rude staff, bad, over-cooked, buffet food, no a/c in lobby or inside bar area, barely cool rooms, lower than bottom shelf liquor, bad, really bad entertainment, no ice machines, no ice-cream, no hair dryers, and lots and lots of X,Y,and Z not included or costs extra (not that you would want them after your initial impression of the place)...then this is certanily the place for you! If you want a far better experience try Palace Resorts.
