Read a bunch of reviews and the place really lived up to billing. Got out of the van from the airport and the bellboy met us and called us by name like they were expecting us. Took us to an express check-in, then to the room. Room had a huge jacuzzi tub with a view of the pool and Caribbean. Everything was spotless and stayed that way all week. Shower was a little slow to drain. Called and maintenance was their right away.Since it is all-inclusive, all drinks and food you can handle. Bars were great and food was very good at buffet (most everything is cook to order like fajitas, etc.) Probably the only weak spot were the restaurants. Ate at 3 of 5. Two were snobby, under-portioned and under-staffed. Their western restaurant, however, made up for it. Great food and great service. Place is very family friendly but has plenty of places for adults to go for peace and quiet. Would definately go back.
