They gave us a bottle of champagne, and a dinner for two. The staff was really friendly, and there are about 10 different restaurants to choose from, a club, bars,and great pools. If you get into downtown Cancun, and don't want to eat at their pricy restaurants you can hop over to the Cancun or Beach Palace, and eat and drink for free. Bad Points: The beach is not as nice as the hotels on the strip, but the facilities and the fact that you don't have to share a beach with any other hotels makes up for it. It is farther away, but there is a free shuttle.
