In a word -- Royal. From the moment you arrive in the marble floral "Easter Lily" scented lobby, you realize this place is unique. There no check-in counters. You are greeted, and seated at a desk with cold towels and champagne. Then escorted through the property. I cannot describe the feeling you get when you step outside of the lobby for the first time and take in the view. You are over looking the entire resort with all its charming footbridges and manicured grounds. Pale yellow villas and powder blue rooftops line the pathways. Plunge pools dot the resort randomly. The best part is the crystal blue Caribbean Sea at the end of the view. Clean, large, and beautiful beach with lots of chairs and umbrellas.The rooms have double sinks, Jacuzzi tub (for 1), marble shower and walk in closet. Wrap around porch w/ loungers and mahogany furniture. Just beautiful.
The restaurants have some of the best food I've ever had. Gourmet, 5 star all the way. 7 courses, and two-hour meals. Service service service. Can I say that enough? You want for NOTHING! Fresh fruit platters are served poolside, refreshing cool towels passed out during peak sun, beach waiters, the list goes on.
The resort is not stuffy and those who stay there are very laid back and enjoy quiet, relaxing vacations. No children or nightlife. Prepare to be pampered and see how easy it is to slip into the good life.
