This was my 3rd trip to Cancun. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, the food was horrible and the staff was rude. I did not know about the reviews before we went and I wish I had investigated this place a little more throughly. If you have moderate to high standards you will hate this place. Additional little nuances include: the alcohol is cheap, the pool chairs are plastic, the pool is not heated, there are no robes in the rooms, room service does not include condiments, you have to request them and they will come in "packets," you cannot adjust the air in the room, the towels are scratchy, and the sheets are cheap. If you don't know what 300 ct pima cotton sheets are OR you or someone you know has a mullet - then you'll probably think this place is the bomb!
