I selected this hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. I wanted an all inclusive yet something upscale. We also took our 17 son with us. We selected this resort as it was relatively new, the rooms(which are extremely important to me) were all junior suites and they look very well appointed by the pictures I had seen. We also wanted ala carte dining, not just buffets. I let the resort know ahead of time this was a very special occasion. We upgraded to what they call their royal service and also to an ocean front jacuzzi suite. Everything about this resort was wonderful. The ladies in the royal service lounge went out of their way in every respect. They even decorated our room for my husband's birthday. The rooms were wonderful, the pool was as nice as any I have seen, and the food was very good. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and it is an easy drive into the hotel district of Cancun. The open air lobby has a wonderful bar and live entertainment every night. I would not hestitate to recommend this resort to anyone!
