Moon Palace Golf Resort All-Inclusive 02/20/2005

Feb 10-17. Landed at night, as soon as the transportation from the airport rolled up into the front doors the pampering starts. From the champagne while you wait to check in, to the golf cart ride/luggage service to the room itself, excellent service. We were there for 7 nights/ 8 days of pure bliss. The employees were always eager to greet you and make you feel welcome. Two parts to Moon Palace, NIZUC and SUNRISE, all join by the same beach and just a 5 minute shuttle run which runs 24/7. We lucked out and were placed in the second section called NIZUC, a little smaller than SUNRISE section, but it was quieter and it was what we needed. The maid service was amazing. We left little gifts for them and in turn they did extra special things in the room for us. The pool area was well set-up. Everywhere you turned you could see where you could get food/drink. Everywhere else you turned there were waiters there to happily serve you what you desire. TOTAL AND COMPLETE PAMPERING!!!!!!!!!
We only ran into 2 staff members there during that week, who were rude and ignorant. (One of them was not even at the moon palace-it was during a tour to XPA-HU/TOLUM.)
The restaurants had great food and all of the service from the waiters to the greaters were fantastic. Not just for the adults either, the kids can go too. If you don't minds kids running, playing, splashing, and having a good time with the activites that the Palace employees set up for them while the parents can relax, then Moon Palace is not for you. It is a great place to go and relax with a loved one, because there is lots of privacy, or to go as a whole family. "Wow" I can rant great things about this little piece of heaven forever. It is a definite place we will be going back to.
