Plaza Hotel 07/03/02

We stayed at the Plaza Hotel which was rated a five star. The Lobby is beautiful, but the rooms were in dire need of renovations, they were dirty, dingy,and in need of a good paint job. The first room I got was so disgustingly dirty that I had to request a room upgrade and pay the differnece. Room service is not available for breakfast. You had to either go off the premises or have a buffet breakfast for $17. The view was excellent. The first night we were there they had music blasting until 2 A.M. The next day they also had loud music. It was very annoying especially if you are going to rest.
