Curacao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino

The Casino is one of the best on the island. Curacao is very laid back and VERY relaxing. The hotel was wonderful and the food- particularly the French bistro- was great. I still find myself craving the pizzas and albacore tuna sandwiches. The worst part of the trip for me was the flight. It took forever to get there from Texas! In the end, it was worth it. Beware of the trade winds though; we didn't get to go out on the beach much because you would literally get sand-blasted!! The hotel pool was great and not overly crowded. I am looking forward to visiting its sister island, Aruba. By the way- I was there during Spring Break and it was great. I say that because my fiance and I were the ONLY college kids there. Very nice for individuals who want to relax!
