Villa Covarrubias 10/30/01

Hey there, I have been to Villa Covarrubias 2 times in the last 6 months. I enjoyed it so much that I am planning yet another trip. I have fallen in love with the Staff. Kiko, Yonis, Salvador, Kirenia, everyone is terrific. There is one buffet restaurant and are currently building a second restuarant directly off the beach. The beach is long and beautiful. The disco is fantastic it is situated in a lagoon, and it open for the nights breeze. Being on the eastern shore there is this constant breeze. If you like Dancing make sure you don't miss dance lesson everyday. The shows are fantastic. Some night you'll get dancers from Puerto Padre, or you will be entertained by the your very own staff. Kiko the entertainment supervisor, does a fantastic job making sure all the shows are great. We even made friend with the local band. The city of Puerto Padre is only 45 minutes away and a the larger city of Las Tunas is only 1 1/2 away. There are tours to numerous cities as well as a chance to swim with the dolphins. I highly recommend this. There is an onsite shop with everything that you need. Horseback riding is no more then a five minute walk. Water sports are great. And if you like archery well they have that too!!
I guarentee if you are looking for a place to relax and just enjoy yourself, Villa Covarrubias is your place. So if you happen to go to this resort please say hello to all my friends there for I am sure they will soon become your friends as well. Oh by the way, Rooms are gorgeous.!!
