I just returned from my trip and it was fabulous. The food was very good and there was always a ton to choose from. We went to the Cuban resturant and the Italian resturant and both were very good but the Cuban resturant is a must. There was a million things to do on the resort and a lot of things to do that were close by. Seven days is definitely not long enough to experience everything that this resort has to offer. It was great that the water sports were included and as long as you got up early enough, you had your pick of times. I went swimming with the dolphins and that was an amazing experience and it is a MUST. I wouldn't have traded that experience for anything and it is worth the money. The resort is very, very clean and you almost thought that elves must clean it at night when you weren't looking. The only two down sides to my experience was not booking for two weeks and of course they need to get some washrooms down by the beach. Besides the swim with the dolphins, the best part of the trip was all the people you meet and of course the staff. All of the staff made you feel like you were the most important person at the resort. Amirauis and Yanet will make you a great drink at the Pool Bar and if you like slushy drinks be sure to ask for a "Charmaine". I will be going back here for sure, if not in February, than in November.
