Stayed at this hotel with my partner and our 2 daughters aged 6 and 7. The staff are very friendly, nothings a problem to this hotel. The food was good by Cuban standards and in plentiful supply. The beach is beautiful with no problems to take out kayaks, pedaloes, catamaran etc. The entertainment is quite funny although its not meant to be but is worth watching. The mini club for the kids is great - our kids didn't want to come home! The trips were well worth it (we booked with airtours). Havana is a must do and all nature lovers should do Pinar Del Rio for breathtaking scenery. Our guide on this 2 day trip was very informative. Swimming with the Dolphins is a must for a once in a lifetime experience (although we would do it again). Try the jungle tour for a trip with a difference - you go out on jetskis in the Mangroves and stop at a zoo where you can hold baby crocs, turtles etc. We also went on the Seafari which is a trip on a catamaran to Cayo Blanco where you can soak up the beautiful Caribbean sun lying on white sand or in the stunning turquoise sea whilst listening to the sounds of the band playing salsa and mambo tunes. We would definitely go back to this hotel!
