This resort claims to be 5*, however I do not agree!! The service was very poor! Most of the time we either didn't have towels to shower with or we had to share! Our bedding was never changed once. We were only able to exchange our beach towels once in 2 weeks! When we did finally exchange them after a week, we were given attitdue. The ladies behind the front desk were very rude. The dogs were much more friendlier than staff! In fact 1 of them followed a friend back one evening slept outside the door, the next morning when they opened the door, he got really excited ran into the room. One of the workers decided to punish him by grabbing him by his feet and threw him down 2 filghts of cement stairs! We were all mortified! The only staff that are friendly were Anamacion entertainers, the bartenders, and a la cart servers.
I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone, we spent a lot of money to stay here, and expected excellent service, we were VERY disapointed. I would rate this resort a 1 out of 5
