This place was a huge disappointment!
We picked it because it was new (2 1/2 years old) and rated a 4 1/2 star. It should have been rated a 2 star. The food was always cold, had no variety and tasted terrible (left out way too long and was hard and not fresh). There were never any clean plates and cutlery was never replinished. Table cloths were filthy and the coffee machines and juice machines were always empty and never refilled.
The toilets did not flush. Although the rooms were typically clean there were no locks on the back sliding doors and handles were missing. The linens on the beds were dirty or stained and not washed properly.
The majority of the chairs on the beach were broken.
We heard from several other people that some personal items went missing at the resort.
The front desk staff and staff in general were very rude and the last thing on their mind was helping any guests should they have a question.
