The location of this hotel is faorly isolated. It is three hours from Holguin airport. the road is in terrible shape.
The Beach is great, nice sandy beach, the rooms are fairly ample and clean.
The food is of poor quality, bring Tabasco to spice it up. snacks almost non existent, usually they say "se acabo"' its finished, "no hay" there is no more. Its not the workers fault, Administration needs to provide them with supplies.
Drinks poor. Mainly 16 and 17 year old students tending bar.
The music, terrible unless you LOVE Regaton. No Cuban music.
The Entertainment, tourist that are feeling no pain asked to volunteer to do the show, how sad.
The place has potential but it needs direction and some good management.
