Turtle Nest Inn 05/20/02
Reviewers Rating: Excellent
This Inn type condo is located in authentic Bodden Town and is secluded and peaceful. We loved it! The innkeepers, Alain and Marleine are wonderful, friendly and helpful. You feel like you are staying at an intimate inn, but there are 9 apartments with kitchens so you are completely self-sufficient. The snorkling is fantastic at the inn (many corals and fish), the beach is beautiful and there is usually a strong breeze to cool you off and keep the bugs away. Nice pool with deck where you can veg for hours. Apartments are very nice with everything you need. We and several other couples used the gas BBQ to cook evening dinners which we enjoyed on the terrace. The inn has 2 served dinners on the terrace each week - very tasty! You can buy wine by the bottle from the inn at any time if you wish. Ocean Frontiers, a world class dive operation is 20 minutes down the road at the East End. It's nice to visit Georgetown, but even better to get away from it and stay in a quiet and more scenic part of the island! We will return to the Turtle Nest Inn.
