Cobalt Coast Resort & Suites 07/19/02

June 23-30, 2002This was our fourth trip to the Cayman Islands, and Cobalt Coast was exactly what we were looking for. It is an attractive, clean, efficient, small to medium size resort located at the water's edge. In fact when you are in the pool, you can look directly beyond the deck at the beautiful turquoise and blue colors of the caribbean. Cobalt Coast owner, Arie, makes you feel like guests staying in a Great House. In fact some of the architectural aspects of Cobalt Coast may remind you of Great Houses that you have visited throughout the caribbean. Since my husband is restricted to certain foods, Arie had made sure that soy milk was in our refrigerator upon arrival on a Sunday evening. Not only is Arie a charming host, but also thoughtful. He truly wants his visitors to enjoy themselves.
