Iberostar Costa Dorada 4/12/00

This resort was first class all the way. This resort has only been open for 6 months and everything was spotless. The rooms were great, all with balconies, air conditioning, and a great bathroom with great water pressure. It included a well stocked refrigerator and safe. The pool was huge. It has a hot tub in the middle and a seperate place for water basketball and volleyball. I mean the pool is huge! The food was the best I have ever had and elaborate. They had all kinds of food to satisfy all tastes. They also have a Mexican and a Brazilian resturant. We like the Mexican but found the Brazilian to be too overwhelming. But try them both. The entertainment was good and a big variety. They provided cab passes to the nearby casino. $3.00 cab ride if you don't have a coupon. The beach was large and clean. Many topless bathers at the beach. They had scheduled activities throughout the day, but you were not pressured to participate. This was one of our best vacations and we will definitely be going back in the future. When looking around we thought the Iberostar seemed to be the best resort available. If you can't have a great time here you can't have fun anywhere!
